RETURNS Gabriella’s Fur Den offers fur coats that are classified
as pre-owned with the condition indicated, unless otherwise indicated as Brand New. Generally these furs have been purchased
from furriers and all “wear” or “flaws” have been noted to the best of my ability in the description. Occasionally something
may unintentionally go unnoticed attributed to human error. The measurements listed are precise and I trust that you will
seriously considered them before you make your purchase. However, all coats are returnable for any reason within three (3)
business days of your receipt of them for a refund minus a flat $50 (US) $65-$80 (UK, AU,NZ) to cover the original postage,
insurance, packing materials, and courier mileage fee. BEFORE returning them you MUST either call me or email to get a return
authorization number. A coat will not be accepted without a return number issued specifically for your return. I need to
know that a coat is on its way back so I can immediately put it back on the website for re sale. Most of my coats are one
of a kind and it is important to make them available again as soon as possible, in order for me to continue to offer competitive
prices on pre-owned fur coats. Returns will not be accepted after three (3) business days. No exceptions. All costs involved
in the returning of the coat are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable by GFD. Thank you for your adherence
and cooperation. Also, credit card companies take between 2.5%-4% of your payment from me as a charge for their service.
They refund me your entire payment up to a varying number of days. After that time (varying for different credit card issuers)
I am not refunded that percent charge. An example of this would be if you made layaway payments for 10 months, paid the coat
off, received it and returned it—your refund may have that additional percentage deducted from it if your payments were made
via a credit card. The #1 reason for returns is size—so PLEASE double check the measurements. Thank you for choosing Gabriella’s

out and you have a change of mind, buyers remorse, etc, and return it UNOPENED or REFUSE delivery you will be charged the

LAYAWAY
INFORMATION We strive to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you to layaway the coat of your choice. We don't
have lots of rules. You choose the coat, you choose the amount you want to pay, and you choose the frequency of the payments.
So . . . pick out your coat now and make payments on it. Simply click on the payment amount you want and make a payment.
Then be sure to email me to tell me which coat you want and I'll take it off the website and hold it for you. When it’s paid
off I'll ship it off to you in time for the cold weather. If you would like to pay by check or money order, email me for
the address. If you would like to pay a different amount, email me to let me know that too. I cannot send out receipts by
mail, only by email. If you do not have email you may call me for payment confirmation and balance information--814-591-9704.
A payment must be made at least every 60 days. After 60 days if a payment has not been received your coat will be put back
on the website and you will be charged a $50 restocking fee, plus you will only be refunded 50% of your payments, minus the
$50. You will have 1 year (12 months) to pay for your layaway, unless other arrangements have been made. After 12 months
your coat will go back on the website. You will have the option to pay off your layaway or receive a partial refund of your
payments WHEN THE COAT SELLS. Thank you. ** (see below)
- SPECIAL ORDERS / CUSTOM MADE FURS are not returnable
for cash under any circumstances. It was made especially for you and could be hard to resell. There might be a possibility
that you can return the item for store credit or an exchage, depending on the fur.
** Regarding Layaways: I had
to implement only 2 rules--they are:
1. Since the fur coat business is a very seasonal business, if you lay a coat
away, and it remains in layaway for any 6 month period, and then you decide that you don't want it, you will lose 50% of the
money (your payments) you paid plus be charged a $50 fee to put it back on the website. The reason for this is that if I
take a coat off the website thinking it is sold and then find out it isn't, it has to be stored during another season and
then the webmaster has to find a spot and put it back on the website. So give your layaway choice some thought, make sure
it fits (double check the measurements), and be sure you are willing to wait for a fur coat until it is paid for. It will
be worth the wait! (This rule was added 12-14-05 and remains in effect until further notice.)
2. If you lay a coat
away and you do not make a payment or contact me during any 60 day period (2 months)* the coat will be put back on the website
for sale and you will lose 50% of your payments. I am not going to track you down--it will be your responsibility to contact
me for your refund. (Rule added June 2, 2006) *changed from 90 days/3 months on 4/14/2007
Lastly--If
we must resort to using a collection agency or legal council to attempt to collect monies owed to us by you, it is understood
and agreed to by you, that you will be responsible for all collection, chargeback and/or legal fees. (Added 12/28/2006) IMPORT
TAXES Important Notice to Foreign Buyers located outside of the USA
To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings,
please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs
Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the buyer, are responsible
for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We
are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you
might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE making a purchase.
On any Customs forms, we
declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".
If
you are returning a coat to me it is important that you do not incur custom charges for me to pay on something I already own.
If you incorrectly file out the paperwork, any subsequent costs will be charged to you.
THIS NOTICE IS INCORPORATED
INTO OUR CONDITIONS OF SALE.
FUR COATS or JACKETS with a regular price of $1,000 to $4,999 (actual sale price
may be less) will be charged a 5% % restocking fee and coats costing over $5,000 (actual sale price may be less) will be charged
a 10% restocking fee if they are returned (for any reason) , so be sure it fits and is what you want. Added 10-25-2008
